My advice for girls that are confused with their boys

So my beauties if you've read my previous blog post you'll know I'm really enjoying answering peoples questions on Seventeen's 'Ask' section. I've read a lot of the same relationship kinda questions. For example: I've been chatting with a guy for quite some time now. We've hung out a few times, we text and he compliments me a lot. I know I have developed feelings for him but I'm sometimes confused by his signals. Some times hes really flirty, then other times he barely speaks to me, what should I do?"

Ladies, I have a theory that will get you the answer, but it'll take some major plucking of courage and a brilliant poker face if it all slides south. You need to brave enough to ask him out on an informal date and have a chat with him about his feelings towards you, that way you get a straight answer. Don't let him be indecisive and don't end or brush off the conversation feeling even more confused than before. You have plucked up enough courage to come this far, don't let him get away with giving you a half hearted answer. I believe honesty is the best policy every time. It's the only way your going to know where you stand.

On the other hand, if he says what you didn't want to hear be dignified and mature. After all, if you've built up a friendship you won't want to loose that, and a foul mouthed rant could crash and burn any friendship bridges you had took so long to create. The words you dreaded will make your heart sink but remember that there's a reason that that relationship didn't work out, someone better will come along for you and you'll find your prince charming. Not everything works out the way we want it too, but its always better to know right? You wouldn't want to be lead on for longer, the heartbreak would be more painful and that would be the last thing you needed. Remember you are strong, beautiful, powerful and something is waiting right around the corner that is absolutely perfect for you.

But just remember, if your plucking up the courage to do this and ask your crush out to figure out his feelings you could be starting the most amazing relationship of your life and you could end up being together forever. Who doesn't love a fairytale?
